Hadith 727:1
Yazid ibn Harun narrated to us, Yahya—meaning Ibn Sa'id—informed us, that 'Abbad ibn Tamim informed him, from 'Uwaymir ibn Ashqar, that he slaughtered [his sacrifice] before the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went out [for the prayer]. And that he mentioned that to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, after he had finished. So the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, commanded him to repeat his sacrifice.
حدثنا يزيد بن هارون، أخبرنا يحيى يعني ابن سعيد، أن عباد بن تميم، أخبره، عن عويمر بن أشقر، أنه ذبح قبل أن يغدو رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وأنه ذكر ذلك لرسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم بعدما فرغ، " فأمره رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، أن يعود لأضحيته "
