Hadith 173:1
Yazid narrated to us, he said: Yahya ibn Sa'id informed us, from 'Abbad ibn Tamim, that he was informed by 'Uwaymir ibn Ashqar, that he slaughtered [his sacrifice] before the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, went out [for the prayer]. When the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, had prayed, he mentioned that to him, so he commanded him to repeat his sacrifice.
حدثنا يزيد، قال: أخبرنا يحيى بن سعيد، عن عباد بن تميم، أخبره عن عويمر بن أشقر، أنه ذبح قبل أن يغدو رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، فلما صلى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ذكر ذلك له " فأمره أن يعيد أضحيته "
