Hadith 687:19
Abu Mu’awiyah narrated to us, Hajjaj and Yazid narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Abd al-Jabbar ibn Wa’il, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him—and Yazid said: 'I saw the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him'—would place his nose upon the ground when he prostrated, along with his forehead."
حدثنا أبو معاوية، حدثنا الحجاج، ويزيد، عن الحجاج، عن عبد الجبار بن وائل، عن أبيه قال: " " كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، وقال يزيد: " " رأيت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، يضع أنفه على الأرض إذا سجد مع جبهته " "
