Hadith 687:35
Mu'ammar ibn Sulayman al-Raqqi narrated to us, al-Hajjaj narrated to us, from 'Abd al-Jabbar, from his father, who said: A woman was coerced [into zina] during the time of the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. He warded off the prescribed punishment (hadd) from her, and he established it upon the one who had violated her. And he did not mention that he assigned a dowry for her.
حدثنا معمر بن سليمان الرقي، حدثنا الحجاج، عن عبد الجبار، عن أبيه قال: استكرهت امرأة على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم، " " فدرأ عنها الحد، وأقامه على الذي أصابها " "، ولم يذكر أنه جعل لها مهرا
