Musnad Ahmad 258:14

'Ali ibn Bahr narrated to us, he said: Al-Walid ibn Muslim narrated to us, he said: Marwan ibn Janah narrated to us, from Yunus ibn Maysarah ibn Halbas, from Wathilah ibn al-Asqa', that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Behold, indeed so-and-so, son of so-and-so, is under Your protection and the rope of Your neighborhood. So protect him from the trial of the grave and the punishment of the Fire. You are the possessor of faithfulness and truth. O Allah, forgive him and have mercy upon him, for indeed You are the Forgiving, the Merciful."
