Hadith 1292:0
It was narrated to us by Yahya ibn Sa’id, from Hisham, who said: My father narrated to me, from ‘Aishah, that a woman came to the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and asked him about the ritual bath (ghusl) after menstruation. He instructed her on how to perform it, saying: "Take a piece of cloth perfumed with musk and purify yourself with it." She asked: "How do I purify myself with it?" He said: "Subhan Allah! Purify yourself with it." ‘Aishah said: "I pulled her toward me and said: 'Wipe the traces of blood with it.'"
