حديث يعلى بن مرة الثقفي (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 509:10
Isma'il ibn Muhammad—who is Abu Ibrahim al-Mu'aqqib—narrated to us, Marwan—meaning al-Fazari—narrated to us, Abu Ya'fur narrated to us, from Abu Thabit, who said: I heard Ya'la ibn Murrah al-Thaqafi saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever takes land without right, he will be burdened to carry its soil to the place of gathering."
حدثنا إسماعيل بن محمد وهو أبو إبراهيم المعقب، حدثنا مروان يعني الفزاري، حدثنا أبو يعفور ، عن أبي ثابت، قال: سمعت يعلى بن مرة الثقفي، يقول: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من أخذ أرضا بغير حق ، كلف أن يحمل ترابها إلى المحشر " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
