Hadith of Ya'la ibn Murrah al-Thaqafi (RA) from the Prophet (SAW)
حديث يعلى بن مرة الثقفي (1) عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم
Hadith 509:21
'Affan narrated to us, 'Abd al-Wahid ibn Ziyad narrated to us, Abu Ya'fur narrated to us, Abu Thabit narrated to us, he said: I heard Ya'la ibn Murrah al-Thaqafi saying: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, saying: "Whoever takes land without its right, he will be burdened to carry its soil to the Place of Gathering."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا عبد الواحد بن زياد، حدثنا أبو يعفور ، حدثنا أبو ثابت، قال: سمعت يعلى بن مرة الثقفي، يقول: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: " من أخذ أرضا بغير حقها، كلف أن يحمل ترابها إلى المحشر "
