Musnad Ahmad 582:4

Qutaybah ibn Sa'id narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, from Hafs ibn Hashim ibn 'Utbah ibn Abi Waqqas, from al-Sa'ib ibn Yazid, from his father: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, when he would supplicate and raise his hands, he would wipe his face with his hands." 'Abdullah said: "They have differed with Qutaybah regarding the chain of narration (isnad) of this hadith, and I think Qutaybah made a mistake in it; they say: from Khallad ibn al-Sa'ib, from his father."
