Hadith 433:8
Abu al-Mughirah narrated to us, Safwan ibn 'Amr narrated to us, he said: 'Abd al-Rahman ibn Jubayr ibn Nufayr narrated to me, from his father, from 'Awf ibn Malik al-Ashja'i and Khalid ibn al-Walid: That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, did not take the fifth (khums) from the spoils of the slain (al-salab).
حدثنا أبو المغيرة، حدثنا صفوان بن عمرو، قال: حدثني عبد الرحمن بن جبير بن نفير، عن أبيه، عن عوف بن مالك الأشجعي، وخالد بن الوليد: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم " لم يخمس السلب "
