Hadith 771:24
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, and Hajjaj said: Shu'bah narrated to me, from Qatadah, from an-Nadr ibn Anas, from Zayd ibn Arqam, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Indeed, these privies are frequented [by devils]. So when one of you enters, let him say: 'O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the male and female devils (al-khubuth wa al-khaba'ith).'"
حدثنا محمد بن جعفر، حدثنا شعبة، وحجاج قال: حدثني شعبة، عن قتادة، عن النضر بن أنس، عن زيد بن أرقم، أن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " إن هذه الحشوش محتضرة، فإذا دخل أحدكم فليقل: اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الخبث والخبائث " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
