Hadith of Zayd ibn Arqam (RA)

Hadith 771:29

Hashim ibn al-Qasim narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, he said: I heard Abu Hamzah, the freed slave of the Ansar, say: I heard Zayd ibn Arqam say: We were with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, at a place where they had stopped during his journey. He said: "You are not one part in a hundred thousand parts of those who will come to me at the Basin from my Ummah." He said: I said: How many were you that day? He said: "We were seven hundred or eight hundred."
