Hadith 771:41
Husayn narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Murrah, who said: I heard Abu Hamzah, a man from the Ansar, say: I heard Zayd ibn Arqam say: "The first to pray with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, was Ali, may Allah be pleased with him." 'Amr said: So I mentioned that to Ibrahim, and he denied it and said: "Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him."
حدثنا حسين، حدثنا شعبة، عن عمرو بن مرة قال: سمعت أبا حمزة رجلا من الأنصار قال: سمعت زيد بن أرقم يقول: " أول من صلى مع رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم علي رضي الله عنه " قال عمرو: فذكرت ذلك لإبراهيم فأنكره وقال: " أبو بكر رضي الله عنه "
