Hadith 771:45
Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, Ibrahim ibn Nafi’ narrated to us, he said: I heard ‘Amr ibn Dinar mentioning, from Abu al-Minhal, that Zayd ibn Arqam and al-Bara’ ibn ‘Azib, may Allah be pleased with them, were partners. They bought silver with ready cash and on credit. That reached the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, so he commanded them: "As for what was with ready cash, then permit it, and as for what was on credit, then return it."
حدثنا يحيى بن أبي بكير، حدثنا إبراهيم بن نافع، قال: سمعت عمرو بن دينار يذكر، عن أبي المنهال، أن زيد بن أرقم، والبراء بن عازب رضي الله عنهم، كانا شريكين فاشتريا فضة بنقد ونسيئة، فبلغ ذلك النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم، " فأمرهما أن ما كان بنقد فأجيزوه، وما كان بنسيئة فردوه "
