Hadith 771:64
Bahz narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, Habib ibn Abi Thabit informed me, he said: I heard Abu al-Minhal, a man from Banu Kinanah, say: I asked al-Bara' ibn 'Azib and Zayd ibn Arqam. He said: I asked this one, and he said: "Go to so-and-so, for he is better than me and more knowledgeable." And I asked the other, and he said the same. Then they both said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade the selling of silver for gold on credit."
حدثنا بهز، حدثنا شعبة، أخبرني حبيب بن أبي ثابت، قال: سمعت أبا المنهال رجلا من بني كنانة، قال: سألت البراء بن عازب وزيد بن أرقم قال: سألت هذا، فقال: ائت فلانا، فإنه خير مني وأعلم، وسألت الآخر، فقال: مثل ذلك، فقالا: " نهى رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عن بيع الورق بالذهب دينا "
