Musnad Ahmad 938:64

Al-Hakam ibn Nafi’ narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Abdullah narrated to us, from Makhul, and ‘Atiyyah, and Damrah, and Rashid, from Zayd ibn Thabit: That he was asked about a husband and a sister (sharing the same) mother and father. So he gave the husband the half, and the sister the half. He was spoken to regarding that, so he said: "I was present with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, when he judged with that."
