Hadith 1274:2
Ya'qub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Salih—meaning Ibn Kaysan. Ibn Shihab said: 'Urwah ibn al-Zubayr narrated to me that Zaynab bint Abi Salamah informed [him] from Umm Habibah bint Abi Sufyan, from Zaynab bint Jahsh, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered upon her in a state of alarm, saying: "There is no god but Allah. Woe to the Arabs from an evil that has drawn near! Today, a gap has been opened in the barrier of Gog and Magog like this." He circled with his thumb and the finger next to it. Zaynab bint Jahsh said: I said, "O Messenger of Allah, shall we perish while there are righteous people among us?" He said: "Yes, if wickedness increases."
حدثنا يعقوب، حدثنا أبي، عن صالح يعني ابن كيسان، قال ابن شهاب، حدثني عروة بن الزبير، أن زينب بنت أبي سلمة، أخبرت عن أم حبيبة بنت أبي سفيان، عن زينب بنت جحش، قالت إن رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم دخل عليها فزعا يقول: " لا إله إلا الله ويل للعرب من شر قد اقترب فتح اليوم من ردم يأجوج ومأجوج مثل هذا " قال وحلق بأصبعيه الإبهام والتي تليها قالت زينب بنت جحش فقلت يا رسول الله: أنهلك وفينا الصالحون؟ قال: " نعم إذا كثر الخبث "
