Musnad Ahmad 928:1

Abu Bakr ibn Ayyash narrated to us, from Asim, from Zirr, who said: I said to Ubayy: "Indeed, Abdullah says regarding the two *Mu'awwidhatayn* (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas)..." He said: "We asked the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, about them, and he said: 'It was said to me, so I said.' Therefore, I say as he said."
