Musnad Ahmad 928:11

Abdullah narrated to us, Abu Bakr ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to me, Abdullah ibn Idris narrated to us, from al-Ajlah, from al-Sha'bi, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, who said: I heard Ubayy ibn Ka'b saying: The night of the twenty-seventh is the one about which the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) informed us: "That the sun rises white, shimmering."
