Hadiths of Men from the Companions of the Prophet (SAW)

Hadith 1018:125

Hajjaj narrated to us, Layth narrated to us, Yazid ibn Abi Habib narrated to me, from Abu al-Khayr, that Junadah ibn Abi Umayyah narrated to him, that some men from the companions of the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said to one another: "Indeed, the migration (Hijrah) has ceased." So they differed regarding that. He said: So I went to the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) and said: "O Messenger of Allah, indeed some people are saying that the migration has ceased." The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Indeed, the migration does not cease as long as there is Jihad."
