Musnad Ahmad 1018:51

'Affan narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, he said: Abu 'Aqil informed me, he said: I heard Sabiq ibn Najiyah, a man from the people of Ash-Sham, narrating from Abu Salam al-Bara', a man from the people of Damascus, who said: We were sitting in the mosque of Homs, and he mentioned its meaning, except that he said: "He says when he reaches the morning and when he reaches the evening: 'I am pleased with Allah as Lord, with Islam as religion, and with Muhammad as a Prophet,' three times when he reaches the morning, and three times when he reaches the evening, then it is a duty upon Allah to please him on the Day of Resurrection."
