Musnad Ahmad 35:17

'Abd al-Rahman ibn Mahdi and Ibn Ja'far narrated to us, they said: Shu'bah narrated to us, from Qatadah. Ibn Ja'far said in his narration: I heard Abu al-Khalil, from 'Abdullah ibn al-Harith, from Hakim ibn Hizam, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "The two parties to a transaction have the option [to rescind or confirm] as long as they have not separated. If they are truthful and disclose [the defects], their transaction will be blessed for them. But if they lie and conceal [the defects], the blessing of their transaction will be wiped out." Ibn Ja'far said: "Wiped out [muhiqa]."
