Musnad Ahmad 33:1016

Hassan ibn Musa and ‘Affan narrated to us, they said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Qays ibn Sa‘d, from ‘Ata’ ibn Abi Rabah, from Jabir ibn ‘Abdullah, that a man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I slaughtered before I threw [the pebbles]." He said: "Throw, and there is no harm." A man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I shaved before I slaughtered." He said: "Slaughter, and there is no harm."
