Musnad Ahmad 33:1030

Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Bakr ibn Sawadah narrated to us, that a freed slave of Jabir ibn Abdullah informed him, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) passed by them while they were gathering Arak (fruit). A man gave him some of the gathered Arak. He said: "If I were in a state of ablution, I would have eaten it."
