Musnad Ahmad 33:1112

Husayn narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b informed us, from Muhammad ibn al-Munkadir, from Jabir ibn Abdullah: "A man emancipated a slave, and he had no other property besides him. So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, returned him to him, and Nu'aym ibn al-Nahham bought him from him."
