Musnad Ahmad 33:1129

Yahya ibn Ghaylan narrated to us, Al-Mufaddal narrated to us, from Khalid ibn Yazid, that he heard Ata, that Ibn al-Zubayr sold the fruit of a land of his for three years. Jabir ibn Abdullah al-Ansari heard of that, so he went out to the mosque among some people. He said among the people of the mosque: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade us from selling the fruit until it ripens."
