Musnad Ahmad 33:116

Waki’ narrated to us, from Fitr, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Close your doors, cover your vessels, extinguish your lamps, and tie your water skins, for indeed, Satan does not open a closed door, nor does he remove a cover, nor does he untie a knot. And indeed, the little corruptor (al-fuwaysiqah) sets the house on fire upon its inhabitants," meaning: the mouse.
