Musnad Ahmad 33:1162

Yahya ibn Abi Bukayr narrated to us, Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is a partner in a house or a palm tree, it is not for him to sell until he informs his partner. If he is pleased, he takes it, and if he dislikes it, he leaves it."
