Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Jarir ibn Hazim, who said: I heard 'Ata' say: Jabir narrated to us, saying: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade that dates and unripe dates, or raisins and dates, be steeped together."
