Musnad Ahmad 33:14

Yahya ibn Adam narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Abu Sufyan, from Jabir, who said: I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, three days before his death saying: "Let not any one of you die except while he thinks well of Allah."
