Musnad Ahmad 33:177

Sufyan ibn 'Uyaynah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, that he heard it from Jabir: "Nabidh (a drink made by soaking dates or raisins in water) used to be prepared for the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in a waterskin. And if there was no waterskin, then in a stone vessel."
