Musnad Ahmad 33:208

Sufyan narrated to us, from Humayd al-A'raj, from Sulayman ibn 'Atiq al-Makki, from Jabir: "That the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade the sale of years (bay' al-sinin) and the waiving of calamities (wad' al-jawa'ih)."
