Ziyad ibn Abdullah al-Baka'i narrated to us, Hajjaj ibn Artah narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Any people who have between them a shared property or a house, and one of them wishes to sell his share, let him offer it to his partners. If they take it, they are more entitled to it for the price."
