Hashim and Hassan ibn Musa narrated to us, they said: Zuhayr narrated to us, and Hashim said in his narration: Abu al-Zubayr narrated to us, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever is a partner in a dwelling or a palm grove, it is not for him to sell until he informs his partner. If he is pleased, he takes it, and if he dislikes it, he leaves it."
