Musnad Ahmad 33:32

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Sulayman ibn Musa said: Jabir informed us, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Let no one among you make his brother stand up on the day of Friday, then move to his seat, but let him say: 'Make space.'"
