Musnad Ahmad 33:322

Yahya narrated to us, from Ibn Jurayj, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir saying: "I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, throwing the Jamrah with pebbles of the size of a date stone (al-khadhf)."
