Musnad Ahmad 33:33

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Sulayman ibn Musa informed me, he said: Jabir informed us, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "Let no one among you make his brother stand up on the day of Friday, but let him say: 'Make space.'"
