Musnad Ahmad 33:335

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah saying: "We ate horse meat and wild donkey meat during the time of Khaybar, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbade the domestic donkey."
