Musnad Ahmad 33:345

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me, he said: I heard Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah saying: A dabb (lizard) was brought to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and he refused to eat it. He said: "I do not know, perhaps it is from the early generations that were transformed."
