'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Hammad narrated to us, from 'Asim, from Abu Nadra, from Jabir, who said: "There were two types of Mut'ah that existed during the time of the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. Then 'Umar forbade us from them, so we desisted."
