Musnad Ahmad 33:375

Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, Sharik informed us, from Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Aqil, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, that a man came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: "What do you see if I strive with my soul and my wealth, and I am killed while patient and seeking reward, advancing and not retreating, will I enter Paradise?" He said: "Yes." He repeated that twice or three times. He said: "Yes, if you do not die while you have a debt for which you have no means of repayment."
