Musnad Ahmad 33:38

Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, he said: Sulayman ibn Musa said: He said: Jabir said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, forbidding that a man should sit upon a grave, or that it be plastered, or that anything be built upon it.
