Musnad Ahmad 33:382

'Uthman ibn 'Umar narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah, from Jabir, that he said: We were with the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, gathering *kabath* (fruit of the Arak tree). He said: "Take the black ones from it, for it is the best of it." He said: We said: "And were you a shepherd of sheep, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Yes, and is there any prophet who has not shepherded them?"
