Musnad Ahmad 33:405

Sulayman ibn Harb narrated to us, Ghalib ibn Sulayman Abu Salih narrated to us, from Kathir ibn Ziyad al-Barsani, from Abu Sumayya, who said: We differed here regarding the "arrival" (al-wurud). Some of us said: "A believer will not enter it," and some of us said: "They will all enter it, then Allah will save those who feared Him." So I met Jabir ibn Abdullah and said to him: "We differed here regarding the arrival." He said: "They will all arrive at it." And Sulayman said once: "They will all enter it." I said to him: "We differed regarding that arrival; some of us said: 'A believer will not enter it,' and some of us said: 'They will all enter it.'" He gestured with his two fingers to his ears and said: "May they become deaf if I did not hear the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: 'The arrival is the entry. There will remain neither righteous nor wicked person but that he will enter it. Then it will be coolness and peace for the believer, just as it was for Ibrahim, to the extent that the Fire—or he said: Hell—will have a clamor from their coldness. Then Allah will save those who feared Him, and leave the wrongdoers within it, fallen on their knees.'"
