Musnad Ahmad 33:439

Abu Ahmad narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "The throne of Iblis is upon the sea. He sends out his detachments; the one among them who is greatest in status to him is the one who is greatest in causing tribulation."
