Musnad Ahmad 33:45

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah saying: "I saw the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, praying while he was upon his riding beast, [performing] the supererogatory prayers in every direction. However, he would lower the prostration from the bowing, and he would gesture with a gesture."
