Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir ibn Abdullah being asked about the *miqat* (station for entering ihram). He said: I heard—then he stopped, I believe he meant the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying—: "The *miqat* for the people of Medina is Dhu al-Hulayfah, and the other route is al-Juhfah. The *miqat* for the people of Iraq is Dhat 'Irq. The *miqat* for the people of Najd is Qarn. And the *miqat* for the people of Yemen is Yalamlam."
