Rawh narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj narrated to us, Abu al-Zubayr informed me that he heard Jabir saying: The Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said to Asma bint Umays: "What is the matter with the bodies of my brother’s sons, they are thin/emaciated? Does need befall them?" She said: "No, but the evil eye hastens to them. Shall we perform ruqyah (incantation) for them?" He said: "And with what?" So she presented it to him, and he said: "Perform ruqyah for them."
