'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, only established the right of pre-emption (shuf'ah) in every property that has not been divided. So, when the boundaries have been set and the paths have been separated, there is no right of pre-emption."
