'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Abu Hilal narrated to us, Ishaq ibn 'Abd Allah ibn Abi Talha narrated to us, from Jabir ibn 'Abd Allah, who said: We prepared a clay pot for the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace. I brought it to him and placed it before him. He looked into it and said, "I thought it was meat." I mentioned that to our family, so they slaughtered a sheep for him.
